I found this interesting article on Case Study 1 in the reader on Professional Ethics. David Nicholson is no longer the Chief Executive of the NHS, and Cynthia Bower resigned in February this year due to years of trying to cover up the scandal of the Mid-Stafford Hospitals crisis. Nick Chapman is now Chief Executive of the NHS (as of April 1st 2009).
